The Rotary Club of Paulding County is set to host the 32nd annual Christmas parade as December gets underway and hopes the magic of the season will bring cheer to all.

This year’s parade theme is “The Magic of Christmas” is coming up on the first Saturday of the month and is organized by local Rotarians, the City of Dallas and Paulding County’s government on Dec. 7.

This year’s event is scheduled to kick off with Santa at 11:30 a.m., but everyone has to be in place at 10 a.m.

Registration for the parade begins at 8 a.m. for those who want to participate in the lineup.

This year’s Grand Marshals are Sheriff Gary Gulledge and Fire Chief Joey Pelfrey.

The Saturday parade will also see Rotarians collecting canned goods on the day of the parade for Helping Hands.
